Ingrid Tufts - Our cup of tea...

Have you ever googled in pursuit of a tea blog? Well, probably not . Perhaps in our quest to find and be inspired by blogs all around and check out our blog neighbours (having just launched the in.cube8r blog!) holding my cup of tea, I typed in what I thought would result in, I don't know - a couple of responses. Well, lets just say tea is serious stuff! I was amazed by how many tea blogs there are in 'blog space'. From brewing methods (no you don't just plunge the tea bag in the mug!) to different types of tea, to flashy tea gadgets there a tea blogs to satisfy all tea palettes.

So we throught we'd bring you afew, here are some that we've stumpled across.

And if tea is not your thing and you prefer a hot cup of coffee or chocolate, forget tea blogs and drop in to in.cube8r and pick up an Ingrid Tufts printed tea towel or apron with what else but a beautiful tea pot print!

roses are red, violets are blue....all I desire is what's in a cube

So it's that time of the year - Valentines Day. For some a day romance, joy and fluffy toys (that inevitably end up on tops of shelves, bottom of wardrobe and sitting pretty on trestle tables at local market stalls around fetching a couple of dollars!) and for others a non-event and boycott of the over inflated prices of floral arrangements and commercialisation of a day that began in the era of courtly traditions. The stories of how women were wooed by grand gestures of gallantry flourish in romance novels of today and whilst we may or may not all opt into the 'festivities' of the day, we all wish to be desired!
So here are some things we desire and adore to make heads turn, heart flutter and cupid re-think his day job!
Caroline Jones - Silver jewellery

Kikko - Genuine leather and kimono silk lined purses

Anne Newton - Parrot feather purses (no parrots were harmed in producing these must have purses)

And then there are up to 80 artists to choose from, ditch the roses chocolates, flowers and teddy's and choose something from a cube (we promise we will not double the prices of any of our items!, in-fact we don't even profit from you 'cupidity'.

Michi Girl visits in.cube8r

(Jenna, Aneta & Isy)

Aneta and Jenna from the team at Michi Girl (THE daily weather and fashion forecast blog) dropped into in.cube8r last week to check out the cubes and marvel in the talent of our cubers. Aneta and Jenna loved the space, taking pics and gathering inspiration for the Michi Girl site (where to start!). We couldn't help but take some snaps of the girls.

Jenna couldn't resist the temptation and left smitten with her new piece by Natalie (our youngest and super gifted cuber).
